A fun, high-energy class combining Acro and Cheer Pom.
In Acro, dancers develop flexibility, strength and control while learning skills safely through structured progressions. In Cheer Pom, we learn dynamic routines using pom poms, including jumps, kicks, leaps and sharp arm motions.
