Our Senior Acro class is for dancers in P7 / S1 and up, combining acrobatic skills with dance technique in a fun and challenging way. Dancers work on strength, flexibility, balance, and control while learning tricks, transitions, and floor work that flow smoothly with choreography. It’s a great class for building confidence, body awareness, and dynamic movement skills in a safe and supportive environment.
