In Acro we work on strength, stamina and flexibility. Working through progressions to safely learn skills and balances to incorporate into our routines. Dancers love learning and improving their skills in acro.
Suitable for all abilities. This class is for p4 and up. Age groups will be split appropriately within class.
Working towards a performance for parents and a Summer show.
